Order Management and Operations Manager

We are now seeking a talented and detail-oriented Order Management to support our growing US business operations. This role will ensure a seamless post-delivery financial process by initiating customer invoicing once goods are shipped or confirmed received, including all applicable costs such as freight, tariffs, and mark-ups. The Operations Manager will coordinate closely with Finance to track payments, issue taxable documentation, and proactively manage accounts receivable follow-up. What will
