About Us
Kibble | FikTech Global is a Korean-led company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, operating across education, digital content, and technology services. We work at the intersection of Korean and Vietnamese business cultures, and we are building a team that can communicate and deliver at a truly international standard.
About the Role
We are looking for a deeply experienced study-abroad professional — someone with real roots in the overseas education industry — to lead student placement for Korea and English-speaking countries (US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.). This is a senior, results-driven role for a consultant who brings their own partner network, their own client database, and a proven placement track record from day one.
Your role & responsibilities
Counsel students and parents end-to-end: school/program selection, admissions strategy, applications, visas, and pre-departure preparation for Korea and English-speaking destinations.
Actively recruit students using your own database, network, and partner channels, and convert leads into enrollments.
Plan and personally deliver student-recruitment events and career/admissions pathway seminars for students, parents, and partner schools.
Build, maintain, and expand contracts and partnerships with overseas schools, universities, language institutes, and agencies.
Manage the full placement pipeline with accurate records, and report results and forecasts to management.
Stay current on admissions requirements, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities in each destination country.
Your skills & qualifications
Requirements (Must-Have)
Language & culture (mandatory): Native-level or fully fluent Korean or English. You must be able to communicate at a native standard and demonstrate a deep understanding of Korean business culture, etiquette, and communication style.
Proven placement experience: hands-on experience successfully sending students to Korea and/or English-speaking countries (US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.), and/or personal experience studying abroad yourself.
Your own book of business: existing partner/agency contracts and a real, personally-owned database of prospective students and clients that you can activate immediately.
Portfolio: a verifiable portfolio of placement results, partner agreements, and programs you have run.
Seminar experience: a track record of running student-recruitment events and career/academic pathway seminars.
Industry roots: deep, long-standing experience and relationships in the study-abroad industry — this is not an entry-level counseling role.
Nice to Have
Personal experience living or studying in Korea or an English-speaking country.
Existing relationships with Vietnamese high schools, universities, and language centers.
Experience with digital marketing/lead generation for education services.
How to Apply
Please submit ALL of the following. Applications missing any required document will not be considered:
Cover letter (required): introduce yourself, your placement track record, your network, and why you fit this role.
Portfolio (required): evidence of placements, partner contracts, your database scale (no personal data needed — scope/summary is fine), and seminars/events you have run.
CV/Resume in English.
Benefits for you
Base salary: from VND 40,000,000 per month, commensurate with experience and the strength of your network and database.
Incentives: real performance incentives on top of base salary — rates differ by destination country and program type.
2-month training period: The first 2 months are a training/evaluation period. If you clearly prove your capability — or deliver results beyond expectations — your base salary becomes open for review and renegotiation.
