Identify, headhunt, and persuade C-suite executives to share their insights in exclusive consultation interviews. Your role & responsibilities YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Deconstructing Briefs: Analyze complex client needs to identify knowledge gaps and determine the exact industry insights required. High-Level Headhunting: Conduct deep profile research using LinkedIn and global professional networks to identify top-tier industry leaders. Cold Outreach & Persuasion: Initiate conversations (via phone and email) to pitch projects and persuade global experts to participate in consultations. End-to-End Project Management: Own the final step, from matching vetted experts with clients and coordinating schedules across international time zones, to ensuring every client interaction runs seamlessly.
