Hồ Chí Minh MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC / JOB PURPOSE Thiết kế giao diện người dùng (UI) và trải nghiệm người dùng (UX) cho toàn bộ sản phẩm MDM, bao gồm admin console (web), mobile agent app và landing page, đảm bảo sản phẩm dễ sử dụng, chuyên nghiệp và cạnh tranh. Design the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for the entire MDM product suite, including the Admin Console (web), Mobile Agent app, and landing pages. Ensure the product is user-friendly, professional, and competitive in the market. Your role & responsibilities Thiết kế UI/UX cho MDM Admin Console: dashboard, device list, policy config, reports. Thiết kế giao diện mobile agent app (Android & iOS) — màn hình enrollment, status, notifications. Xây dựng Design System và Component Library thống nhất cho toàn sản phẩm. Nghiên cứu UX: user interviews, usability testing với admin IT của doanh nghiệp. Tạo interactive prototypes để demo cho khách hàng và stakeholders. Thiết kế landing page, marketing materials cho sản phẩm MDM. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Frontend developers để đảm bảo implement đúng design. Cập nhật design trends trong lĩnh vực Enterprise SaaS và MDM software. Stay updated with design trends in Enterprise SaaS and MDM software. Design UI/UX for the MDM Admin Console, including dashboards, device lists, policy configurations, and reports. Design the mobile agent application interface (Android & iOS), focusing on enrollment screens, status tracking, and notifications. Build and maintain a unified Design System and Component Library for the entire product suite. Conduct user interviews and usability testing with enterprise IT administrators. Create interactive prototypes for demonstrations to customers and stakeholders. Design landing pages and marketing materials for the MDM product. Work closely with Frontend Developers to ensure high-fidelity implementation of designs. CÔNG CỤ SỬ DỤNG / TOOLSTACK Figma Professional: UI/UX design, prototyping, design system Notion: Design briefs, research notes Jira: Tracking design tasks, sprint board Slack: Direct communication and quick feedback with the dev team BrowserStack: Testing responsive designs on real devices Claude Pro: Support for UX copy writing and research Google Workspace: Documentation and design review presentations Your skills & qualifications Học vấn: Cử nhân Thiết kế Đồ họa, Thiết kế Tương tác, CNTT hoặc ngành liên quan. Kinh nghiệm: 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm UI/UX design, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm thiết kế SaaS/B2B dashboard. Kỹ năng kỹ thuật Design Tools: Figma (Required), Adobe XD, Sketch. Prototyping: Figma prototyping, InVision, or Principle. Design Systems: Knowledge of Atomic Design and component-based design. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, responsive design, Material Design (Android), and HIG (iOS). UX Research: Experience with user interviews, A/B testing, and heatmaps. Kỹ năng mềm Tư duy lấy người dùng làm trung tâm (user-centered design). Sáng tạo, thẩm mỹ tốt, chú ý đến chi tiết. Khả năng trình bày và bảo vệ design decisions. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, IT, or related fields. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design; preference for candidates with experience in SaaS/B2B dashboards. Technical Skills: Design Tools: Figma (Required), Adobe XD, Sketch. Prototyping: Figma prototyping, InVision, or Principle. Design Systems: Knowledge of Atomic Design and component-based design. Soft Skills User-Centered Design: A mindset that puts the user at the center of the design process. Creativity: Strong aesthetic sense and high attention to detail. MỨC LƯƠNG: Thỏa thuận từ 18.000.000 đồng/tháng. Insurance: Full Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance coverage as per labor laws. Bonuses & Leave: 13th-month salary and 12 days of annual leave upon signing the official labor contract. Other Benefits: To be discussed in detail during the interview. Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. SALARY: Negotiable from VND 18,000,000/month.
