What You'll Do Consult international customers through WhatsApp, Email, and other online channels. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions. Prepare quotations and customize travel itineraries. Follow up leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Build long-term relationships with B2B partners and direct customers. Continuously improve your sales skills and customer experience. Your skills & qualifications What You Need Vietnamese nationality. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Inbound Travel Sales. Good spoken and written English. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Passion for sales with a performance-driven mindset. Self-motivated, responsible and eager to learn. Comfortable working toward sales targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Who Will Succeed Here?
