We are currently supporting an **Ethereum**-based decentralized governance and staking project and are seeking a Senior Solidity Engineer to join the core protocol development team. The project already has an MVP and is entering the next phase of product and protocol development. We are looking for an engineer with hands-on production experience who can contribute to technical solutions and architectural decision-making. **Company Website:** https://bitangels.us/ **Contact Email:** dylan.reed@bitangels.us ## Compensation & Benefits * **$12,000–$15,000 USD / month** * Full-time or Part-time options available * Remote work * Work directly with the project and engineering teams * Participate in core protocol design and technical decision-making ## Location * **Work Location:** Remote; candidates from Mainland China and Hong Kong are welcome * **Contact Information:** * Hiring Manager: Dylan Reed * Email: dylan.reed@bitangels.us * Telegram: @Web3HiringTalents ## Job Details * **Employment Type:** Full-time or Part-time * **Remote Work:** Yes * **Time Zone Requirement:** Primarily GMT+8; must cover core working hours and adapt to collaboration within a distributed international team * **Communication Language:** English is the primary language for daily communication (basic professional English proficiency required); technical discussions can be supplemented with written communication. ## Role Requirements & Responsibilities ### Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain Ethereum/EVM smart contracts using Solidity * Lead the development of core protocol features such as Staking and Governance * Participate in smart contract architecture and technical design * Conduct code reviews, security audits, and gas optimization * Write tests and assist with smart contract deployment * Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive protocol development and iteration ### Requirements * Solid experience in Solidity and Ethereum/EVM development * Proven experience developing and deploying smart contracts in production environments * Familiarity with DeFi, Staking, Governance, and Token mechanisms * Understanding of common smart contract security vulnerabilities * Proficiency with development and testing tools such as Foundry and Hardhat * Ability to independently own core modules and participate in technical decision-making * Strong English technical communication skills **Experience with DAO, Governance, or Staking protocol development, or smart contract security/auditing, is a plus.** ## Work Environment We are an international, remote-first Web3 team with members distributed across various regions.
