Being part of our company, you will work with a funny and happy team. ● Location: Level 12, 13 & 14, AP Tower, 518B Đien Bien Phu, Thanh My Tay Ward, HCMC ● Working time: Monday - Friday | 08:30 - 12:00 & 13:00 – 17:30 ● Number of employees: 180+ ● Website: https://daoukiwoom.vn/ ● Industry: IT, Finance Your role & responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Discuss requirements and project issues with Korean stakeholders Prepare functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and meeting minutes Coordinate requirements with the development team and review implemented features Create test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and checklists Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing Report defects and track them through resolution Verify that implemented features meet the defined requirements Monitor project progress and coordinate work between Korean and Vietnamese teams Your skills & qualifications Bachelor Degree in any field At least 2 years of experience in IT business analysis, software QA, or a related field TOPIK 5 + certification or equivalent Korean proficiency Understanding of software development processes and web-based systems Experience analyzing business requirements and preparing relevant documentation Experience creating test cases and performing software testing Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, users, and business stakeholders Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate in English Preferred Qualifications Experience working on projects with Korean companies or Korean stakeholders Experience performing both BA and QA responsibilities Understanding of Agile or Scrum development processes Experience using Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or similar collaboration tools Experience analyzing or testing web-based admin or enterprise systems Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and SQL ISTQB or other relevant BA/QA certification Benefits for you Income & Achievement SHUI as Vietnamese Law Competitive salary, salary review once a year 13th month salary and Annual Performance Bonus MVP and Shining star awards at the end of year Workplace Happiness Premium Private Medical Insurance & Accident Insurance 24/7 Annual health check 15-day annual leave, Christmas leave and 90-min menstrual leave for women Company trip, YEP and monthly gathering time Gifts on special occasion and fully stocked snack corner Sponsored training courses and book purchase quarterly Be well-equipped with new working equipment Global and professional working environment
