AI DEVELOPER – JUNIOR/MIDDLE

Industry : Web Games Development Level : Junior / Middle Experience : 1–4 years Job Overview We are looking for an AI Developer to join our Web Games Development team and help explore and develop AI-powered features for our games and digital products. You will work closely with Game Developers, Product and Technical teams to turn AI technologies into practical features that improve gameplay, player experience and development efficiency. Your role & responsibilities Research and develop AI-powered features for web games and game-related products. Integrate Generative AI / LLM / AI APIs into games and web applications. Develop AI features such as: AI NPCs and intelligent game characters AI-powered game assistants and chatbots Personalized player experiences and recommendations AI-generated game content, dialogue or assets Game automation and AI-based tools for development Build and integrate AI services through APIs and backend systems. Experiment with different AI models, prompts and frameworks to identify suitable solutions for game use cases. Process and manage data required for AI applications. Evaluate AI performance and continuously improve output quality and user experience. Collaborate with Game Developers, Backend Developers and Product teams to integrate AI features into production. Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to game development. Your skills & qualifications 1–4 years of experience in AI Development, Machine Learning, Software Development, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python . Basic to solid understanding of Machine Learning / Deep Learning / NLP . Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI or AI APIs . Familiarity with prompt engineering, embeddings and RAG. Experience with REST APIs and Git. Good understanding of software development principles. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to research and learn new AI technologies independently. Nice to Have Experience with game development or game-related AI . Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, JavaScript/TypeScript or WebGL. Experience developing AI NPCs, game agents or recommendation systems . Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face or similar frameworks. Familiarity with vector databases. Experience with Docker and cloud platforms. Understanding of Reinforcement Learning or Computer Vision.
