Lead Golang Engineer

Lead the technical design, development, and evolution of backend systems using Golang. Define and drive technical architecture, engineering standards, and best practices for backend development. Design and develop scalable, distributed, and high-performance systems supporting high-volume and real-time workloads. Remain hands-on with coding, code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and technical problem-solving. Take ownership of system design and architecture decisions, including technology selection and technical estimations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges and drive appropriate solutions. Contribute to development processes, testing strategies, CI/CD, observability, and continuous engineering improvements.
