Senior Risk Management Officer

Position : Senior Risk Management Officer Headcount : 1 Working time : From Mon to Fri, 8:30AM – 5:30PM (including 1 hour for lunch) Your role & responsibilities Monitor risk management system including CAR, ICAAP, asset soundness and provision, etc. Responsible for developing risk management framework including (but not limited to): risk appetite statement and risk appetite framework, risk limit system, governance structure as well as other risk management policies and processes in compliance with SBV; Support internal risk committee/council by preparing meeting material, periodical report, submission for approval from authority level; Run stress-testing exercises to simulate adverse economic scenarios and assess capital and liquidity adequacy Prepare internal/external risk management reports and monitoring prudential ratios as assigned Participate in risk management capacity improvement projects such as Basel, IFRS, etc. Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager. Your skills & qualifications Have at least 5-year experience in related position. Graduated with a Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Economic or relevant majors. Good command of English. Proficient in Excel, VBA. Strong analytical and data processing skills.
