Engineering Manager - Digital Banking

Responsibilities - Lead the team to develop the digital bank system from scratch - Overall project management including planning, tracking, risk management, stakeholder management, quality assurance etc. - Build and manage development teams across three countries: Japan, India, and Vietnam - Build & tracking engineering process follow Scrum/Agile framework - Taking responsibility for Scrum Master of the team - Regularly communicate with development team members to resolve technical issues, manage progress, and ensure quality - Participate in system design, contribute to system architecture, and handle integrations with third parties. - Review code, provide insights, and set up coding standards for the project. - Design system operations and maintenance with a view from the development stage to post-release - After release, efficiently and safely conduct additional system development, operations, and maintenance - Ensure regular reports to management.
